Twice the Value of other

The Thermo system bonds to the existing membranes to encapsulate and combine the new system with the original systems strength. Many times the new system is twice as thick and strong as the original.
Seamless
The fist cause of failure, in many cases, is the seams. The THERMO option creates a seamless, poured-in-place membrane.
Deductible As
Maintenance
The restoration of a single ply is deductible as maintenance where as a reroof would have to be capitalized. This can net substantial tax advantages.
